Central Services is working in partnership with SaskTel to deploy a new phone system for government to replace the current Centrex IP (VoIP) system. Government's existing Centrex IP phones and system are end-of-life and no longer supported by the manufacturer. The new Integrated Business Communications (IBC) service will roll out across government over several months and will be deployed on a building-by-building basis.

The list of buildings being transitioned can be found below. Click on the building heading to expand the box to view the deployment plans for that location. If your building is not on the list below, it will be addressed during the next phase of the project in 2020.
