IT self-service gives you the ability to access IT support and services online. This includes the ability to:
- submit IT service requests using the ServiceNow online catalogue;
- report IT issues online;
- view the status and details of your IT service requests and incidents;
- view a list of your assigned IT assets;
- view a list of your software; and
- view and process your pending approvals (only available to Approvers).
Ministries will make the transition to ServiceNow and IT self-service at various times during the 2018 -19 fiscal year. Your
area will be notified in advance. Until you are transitioned, you will continue to use the current IT service request process.
If you have transitioned, you can access IT self-service using Google Chrome. You must use Google Chrome to access IT self-service. If Google Chrome is not your default browser, you will need to copy and paste https://govskprod.service-now.com/navpage.do into Google Chrome.
