Since launching in August 2017, the Taskroom team has been working to improve the functionality and user experience of the website. There is currently an enhancement project underway which will improve the user experience. Specifically, the following enhancements were made:

  • Improved search functionality – An improved and more user-responsive search tool will allow users to more easily find what they are looking for and search results will improve based on what users are searching for.

  • Document analytics – This will allow us to know which forms, guides, etc. are being accessed, so we can improve documents and make sure that the information you need is easily available.

  • Print styles for webpages – This will allow for easier printing of content directly from webpages.

  • Addition of a site contents directory – Traditional site navigation will be added to make information even easier to find. Having a site content directory will expand current search options to make the site more versatile.

  • Reorganization of the homepage – Changes will be made to the homepage to reorganize the information to be more relevant to users.

  • Prioritization of documents – The most useful and relevant documents will now be listed first on a page making them more accessible and prominent for users.
