The Taskroom team is looking for volunteer testers to help evaluate the site and plan for future enhancements. Taskroom was launched in August 2017 and is meant to be the single site for employees to access central government services required for their jobs. Now that the site is up and running  we are looking at ways to improve the content and enhance the functionality.

We will be running two user testing sessions aimed at evaluating the usability of the site and gathering user feedback to guide future enhancements. We are looking for 15 volunteer testers for each session.

Sign up for one of the following and help shape the future of Taskroom:

Tuesday, May 8 from 9 to 11:30 a.m.

2100 Broad Street, Regina  – computer lab and boardroom

  • 9 to 10:15 a.m. testing scenarios
  • 10:15 to 11:30 a.m. focus group discussion


Thursday, May 10 from 1:30 to 4 p.m.

  • 1:30 to 2:45 p.m. testing scenarios
  • 2:45 to 4 p.m. focus group discussion

The first part of testing will require users to simulate the completion of a number of common work activities and rate their experience. After the testing users will participate in a focus group discussion about the website to help determine what enhancements can be made.
