​Position management refers to several different processes including establishing new positions, changing headcounts on positions, eliminating positions, reactivating positions and changing HR Org on positions.

It also includes mass reorganizations and updating positions.

Position Management

The Position Management Request Form – HRBP should be used to submit a position management request.

It should be used to establish a new position, change to position headcount, reactivation of position and changes to HR Org.
