There are a number of start-up and benefit-related forms a new employee must complete, including employees who are new hires, re-hires and internal hires to the Government of Saskatchewan.
The
Online Commencement Process in Taleo is to be used for every hire, unless the candidate is unable to access the internet. It identifies and is used to initiate each step in the offer process including the online completion of candidate start-up documents (benefits enrolment, direct deposit, etc.).
Managers should use the Manager's Guide to Orienting New Employees for new employee checklists and more onboarding information.
For more information about staffing, please refer to
How do I hire an employee.
If the candidate does not have access to the internet their start-up forms will need to be completed manually. Completed forms are to be sent to the Human Resource Service Centre to be processed. Forms for the manual process are listed below.
