Should your job require you to have a mobile device, you will need to request a phone and arrange to have a mobile account set up. Executive government mobile devices are managed by the Information Technology division (ITD) while the mobile account and voice/data plans are managed by Telephone Coordinators in your ministry.
If you require a mobile device for your job, please obtain the appropriate internal approvals and then have an authorized service approver submit an IT Service Request with the information about the type of phone you need.
The Telephone Coordinator for your ministry will be able to help make arrangements for your mobile account and billing.
